Job summary

INTEXT INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C is seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead complete interior fit-out and renovation projects from initiation to handover. You will plan schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure drawings and specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator in interior fit-out, renovation, or joinery.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Experience with residential villas, apartments, offices, or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, MEP & shop drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and manage site activities.

• Maintain project documentation, reports and handover records.

Job description

Manage complete interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to final handover Plan project schedules manpower materials resources timelines Coordinate daily with site supervisors engineers workers subcontractors suppliers production teams Coordinate with clients consultants designers building management Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications Review architectural interior MEP joinery drawings and coordinate with the relevant teams Coordinate strong custom joinery production delivery installation strong with the factory production team Plan and follow up on material procurement and ensure materials are available on time Monitor project costs variations manpower material requirements Identify site issues delays technical problems and provide practical solutions Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management Ensure proper quality control and workmanship throughout the project Coordinate MEP civil gypsum ceiling flooring painting joinery kitchen wardrobe other fit-out works Coordinate required approvals inspections permits NOCs where applicable Manage snagging rectification testing inspection final handover Maintain proper project documentation reports schedules records Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with UAE requirements Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is mandatory.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, or joinery.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Experience with residential villas, apartments, offices, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings, gypsum, flooring, painting, civil and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, MEP & shop drawings.
• Strong client, consultant, supplier & subcontractor coordination skills.
• Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
