Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Site Administration Officer to support EPC Oil & Gas projects across the UAE. You will manage site administration, regulatory compliance, assets, facilities, and project documentation to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a proactive professional with strong administration, facilities management, and stakeholder management experience within the construction and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, or Project Administration.
• 3+ years in UAE, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, or energy/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with vendor negotiations, procurement, fleet management and tenancy administration.
• Strong document control, reporting, and governance capabilities.
• Knowledge of UAE labor, facility, vehicle, tenancy, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC project administration workflows, coordination, and documentation.
• Support Project Directors, PMs, engineering teams and site management with records and transmittals.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, and consolidated project status reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
• Manage office space, assets, MOHRE compliance and lease agreements.
• Oversee CCTV and security system governance and incident reporting.
• Support audits with accurate records and documented evidence.
