Job summary

Penta Global Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to lead HR and administrative operations for major Oil & Gas/EPC projects in the UAE. You will oversee attendance, leave, manpower allocation, and ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADNOC site requirements.

Responsibilities include employee relations, payroll support, site documentation, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of HR & Administration experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and site compliance requirements.
• Experience with ADNOC site mobilization (Onshore/Offshore).
• Experience managing large multicultural workforces (white- and blue-collar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR and administrative operations at the project site.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADNOC site requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate site administration including accommodation, transportation, site access, and welfare facilities.
• Support payroll processing through accurate manpower reporting and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and site administration documentation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on manpower and administrative requirements.
• Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
