Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead Oil & Gas EPC construction projects in the UAE. You will be a hands-on construction leader, managing site teams, subcontractors, schedules, resources, quality and HSE to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects per engineering specs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or relevant Engineering.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC, construction and site execution.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction and erection activities.
• UAE/GCC Oil & Gas construction experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Oil & Gas EPC and construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Manage site construction, erection and installation across disciplines (mechanical, piping, civil, structural, E&I).
• Oversee construction of tanks, LPG facilities, pressure vessels, process equipment and piping.
• Manage subcontractors, construction teams, manpower, equipment and site resources.
• Monitor progress, schedules, productivity and milestones with recovery actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure activities comply with drawings, specs, ITPs and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain compliance with project HSE requirements and safe site execution.
• Handle technical issues, RFIs, variations, punch lists and close-out.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.

We are seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead Oil & Gas EPC construction projects, the position requires a hands‑on construction leader capable of managing site teams, subcontractors, construction schedules, resources, quality and HSE while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with approved engineering specifications and client requirements.

• Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC, construction and site execution.

• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, HSE, testing and commissioning.
• UAE/GCC Oil & Gas construction experience is highly preferred.
