Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai is seeking a Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator to drive indoor sales, build lasting customer relationships, and coordinate between sales, inventory and logistics.

You will greet customers, provide product information, process orders and generate reports in Excel, while collaborating with warehouse and showroom teams to meet monthly targets. A proactive, customer‑focused approach and solid English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years indoor/retail sales experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Good English skills; Arabic a plus.
• Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
• Attention to detail and organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, address inquiries and close sales.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and recommend suitable building material solutions.
• Process sales orders, generate invoices and coordinate timely deliveries with logistics.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and dispatch.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
• Support merchandising, visual displays and promotional activities in the showroom.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Assist in coordinating inter‑departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
