Sobha Furniture in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Administration professional to assist the sales team with quotations, invoicing, and order processing. The role coordinates with domestic and export customers, updates CRM records, and works with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a business background and experience in furniture sales support, with strong English and organizational skills to handle documentation, pricing accuracy and ERP/CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, logistics or accounting.
• Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service or sales support role, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with furniture retailers, distributors or interior designers is a plus.
• Experience in FF&E packages is a clear advantage.
• Proficiency in POS, MS suite - especially Excel, CRM and ERP.
• Excellent level of English, especially written.

Responsabilités

• Assist the sales team with order processing quotations and invoicing.
• Coordinate with domestic and export customers regarding order details, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or products.
• Prepare and manage sales reports tracking performance and trends.
• Support marketing activities, showroom management and promotional events.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and assist in contract preparation.
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
