Job summary

Milele in Dubai is seeking a dynamic showroom sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. You will engage with local and international customers, demos, negotiations and financing, ensuring a smooth vehicle handover.

The role requires fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. Arabic is highly preferred, and knowledge of premium automotive markets is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Excellent communication with customers in a professional manner.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Experience with premium automotive or car trading is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to digital leads across channels.
• Guide customers through demos, quotations, negotiation, financing and delivery.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Registration teams for smooth transactions.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
