Job summary

Milele in Dubai is seeking a dynamic showroom sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. You will engage with local and international customers, demos, negotiations and financing, ensuring a smooth vehicle handover.

The role requires fluent English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. Arabic is highly preferred, and knowledge of premium automotive markets is a plus.

Milele is a renowned name in the UAE’s automotive industry, and we’re growing our showroom sales team. If you sell with confidence, communicate in more than one language and love cars, this is a role where your skills pay off.

You will own the full sales cycle, from first inquiry to vehicle delivery, serving a diverse mix of local and international customers.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to digital leads and referrals across channels.
• Guide customers through demos and test drives, quotations, negotiation, financing and delivery.
• Build long-term relationships that bring repeat business and referrals.
• Work with Finance, Operations and Registration teams for smooth transactions.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Keep leads and activity accurate in CRM/ERP.
• Track market trends and competitor pricing and bring in new business.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 5 years in automotive sales, showroom sales or business development in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong negotiation, closing and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication and a professional, confident presence with customers.
• Fluent English (required).
• Arabic is highly preferred. Other languages are a strong advantage: Russian, French, Spanish, Chinese and African languages.
• Experience in premium automotive, car trading or rental is a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales channels.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Target-driven, high-energy and customer-focused.
