Job summary

Milele in Dubai is looking for a confident, multilingual sales professional to join its showroom sales team. You will drive the full sales cycle from first inquiry to vehicle delivery for a diverse local and international clientele.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding demos and test drives, negotiating, financing and delivery, while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business. Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in automotive sales, showroom sales or business development in UAE/GCC.
• Strong negotiation, closing and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication and a professional, confident presence with customers.
• Fluent English (required).
• Arabic preferred; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in premium automotive, car trading or rental is a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales channels.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Target-driven, high-energy and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to digital leads and referrals across channels.
• Guide customers through demos and test drives, quotations, negotiation, financing and delivery.
• Build long-term relationships that bring repeat business and referrals.
• Work with Finance, Operations and Registration teams for smooth transactions.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Keep leads and activity accurate in CRM/ERP.
• Track market trends and competitor pricing and bring in new business.
