Job summary

Dubizzle Group in Dubai is seeking a proactive customer service specialist to support Sales & Services for VAS products. You will listen to customers, answer questions, follow up on payments with partner banks, and record interactions.

This role requires bilingual English and Arabic communication, data entry accuracy, CRM experience, and a disciplined, multitasking mindset in a fast-paced, multicultural UAE environment with competitive tax-free salary and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• Automotive, banking, or sales support experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• CRM software experience.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
• Self-discipline and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads.
• Follow up and track payments from partner banks.
• Listen to customers' questions and provide accurate responses.
• Record details of Non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken.
• Handle telesales for VAS products and services.
