Job summary

Mammoet in Dubai, UAE is seeking a SHEQ Advisor to support health, safety, environment and quality across our global operations. You will join a team of SHEQ professionals delivering high standards for colleagues, contractors, and customers.

You’ll promote a positive SHE-Q culture, ensure compliance with Mammoet and contractual standards, oversee inspections, provide training, and coach teams across facilities and job sites. Fluent English and at least six years in the field are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in an associate field.
• Diploma / certification in Health, Safety & Environment and Quality.
• Expert knowledge of SHE-Q regulations.
• Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transport (HLT) equipment.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience.
• Proficient in SHE-Q systems and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).

• Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standardsin our facilities and all work locations.

• Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities.
• Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training.
