Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of SH and E strategies aligned with project and regulatory requirements
• Act as primary advisor on safety, health, and environmental matters for project teams and management
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure mitigation measures
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions and preventive strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to embed safety practices across all activities
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to improve awareness and compliance
• Monitor compliance with UAE regulations and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Prepare detailed safety reports, performance metrics, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Manage emergency response planning and crisis management procedures
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the organization in safety-related matters
• Supervise and mentor safety teams to ensure consistent performance and professional development
