You will prepare toppings and sauces, maintain strict hygiene in food prep areas, and uphold health regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment; 2+ years' experience and ServSafe-like certification preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on shawarma or meat-prep experience.
• Expertise in marinating, seasoning and vertical spit carving.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern shawarma flavors.
• Certification in Food Safety preferred (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsabilidades

• Master seasoning and marinating meats for shawarma.
