Job summary

Work corp in Sharjah, UAE, seeks a qualified Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, preferably with Middle-Eastern cuisine, and a culinary degree is preferred but not required.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure timely, quality dishes. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef.
• Knowledge of health regulations and safety procedures in the kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present all dishes in a timely manner according to recipes, portions and methods.
• Ensure all orders are accurate, high quality and delivered on time.
• Monitor ingredient quality to meet standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and restock as needed.
• Monitor menu and adjust items based on usage and demand.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
