• Able to maintain consistent taste and quality while controlling food costs.
• Good knowledge of recipe standardization and minimizing food wastage.
• Practical knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Fast, organized and able to handle high-volume orders during busy hours.
• Attention to food quality, hygiene and presentation.
• Responsible, hardworking and disciplined.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
