• Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
• Previous UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes per recipes.
• Marinate and cook shawarma, grill beef, lamb, and chicken.
• Create hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and accompaniments.
• Maintain hygiene and efficient kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
