REAP Recruitment & HR Consultancy in UAE is seeking an experienced Arabic Cook for a premium restaurant client. The role requires hands-on expertise in traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes, including shawarma, hummus, fattoush, lavash bread, and grilled meats.

The ideal candidate has UAE or GCC experience, can maintain high hygiene standards, manage kitchen prep during busy service, and work effectively with a team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
• Previous UAE or GCC country experience mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Experienced in shawarma, hummus, fattoush and lavash bread.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Marinate and cook shawarma; assemble hummus and fattoush.
• Prepare lavash bread and other Arabic breads.
• Cook beef, lamb and chicken; ensure portion control.
• Maintain hygiene and coordinate with kitchen staff.
