Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in UAE or wider Middle East is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow projects, programmes or managed service delivery.
• Own teams, timelines, risk and quality across engagements.
• Act as trusted delivery lead for senior client stakeholders.
• Guide technical decisions across ITSM and the wider platform.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and service performance.
