Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an friendly and professional Waitress/Server to join our dining team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and uphold hygiene standards. Previous restaurant experience and good communication are a plus; high school certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Waitress/Server or similar role.
• Experience in a restaurant chain, café, hotel, or F&B environment is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and service.
• Respond to customer requests and handle basic complaints professionally.
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area.
• Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
• Process customer bills and payments when required.
• Assist in setting up tables before service and closing the restaurant after service.
• Maintain proper knowledge of the menu, promotions, and special offers.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Support other restaurant team members during busy periods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
