Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a friendly Waitress to ensure guest satisfaction from greeting to payment. You will take orders, explain specials, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver timely service.

Candidates should have good English, basic knowledge of F&B service, and prior experience in a customer-service role. This is an on-site role in Dubai with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Waitress or in an F&B customer-service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, show them to their tables and hand out menus.
• Taking orders, explain specials, note dietary needs and input orders into POS or notes.
• Serving: deliver food and beverages to tables promptly.
• Customer care: check satisfaction and handle requests or complaints.
• Billing & payment: prepare checks and process cash or card payments.
• Cleanup: clear tables and reset stations for the next guests.
