Job summary

Al Futtaim Technologies LLC seeks a Service Contract Controller for the Bus Division. You will collate ERP data, generate reports, and liaise with customers, workshop, and senior management to protect contract profitability.

You will monitor service contract performance, alert management to exceptions, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service contracts management in automotive.
• Proficient with MS Office and service contracts knowledge.
• Valid UAE driver's license; good English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collate ERP and related data for Service Contracts and generate timely reports.
• Alert workshop management to exceptions affecting profitability.
• Present reports to senior management within specified timelines.
• Prepare and share Service Contract reports with Principals within timelines.
• Maintain contact with Service Contract Customers on technical and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet contract objectives.
• Monitor and analyze contract profitability and provide improvement insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies for service contract management.
