Job summary

The Service Contract Controller at Al-Futtaim’s FAMCO Bus Division is responsible for ensuring the profitability of service contracts through data collation, analysis and timely reporting. You will communicate with customers, workshop teams and senior management to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key duties include alerting on profitability exceptions, coordinating with workshop and sales, and delivering accurate reports to principals and management within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of service contracts management experience in automotive dealership.
• Proficiency in MS Office; sound knowledge of service contracts.
• Valid UAE driver’s license; strong English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collate data from ERP and other sources for service contracts and generate reports.
• Alert workshop and senior management to profitability exceptions.
• Present service contract reports to management within specified timelines.
• Prepare and share reports with Principals related to service contracts on time.
• Maintain contact with service contract customers for technical and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet service contract objectives.
• Monitor profitability of service contracts and provide improvement insights.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies on service contract management.
