Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Service Contracts Executive to safeguard profitability for our Bus Division. You will collate data, generate reports, and liaise with customers, workshop teams, and senior management to ensure timely, accurate insights and actions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in service contracts within automotive dealerships, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication. UAE driving license is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service contracts management within a reputable automotive dealership.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and sound technical knowledge of service contracts.

Aufgaben

• Collate information from the ERP system and other sources related to Service Contracts and generate timely reports.
• Alert the workshop manager and higher management about exceptions that may affect the profitability of service contracts.
• Present reports related to service contracts to higher management within specified timelines.
• Prepare and share relevant reports with Principals related to Service Contracts within specified timelines.
• Maintain contact with Service Contract Customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the workshop and sales teams to ensure service contract objectives are met.
• Monitor and analyze service contract profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding service contract management.
