Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Service Contract Controller for the Bus Division in Dubai to ensure profitability of service contracts through data collation, reporting, and stakeholder communication with customers, workshop teams, and senior management.

The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, timely and accurate reporting, and preventing penalties from delayed repairs, contributing to financial and operational success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in service contracts management within an automotive dealership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sound knowledge of service contracts.
• Valid UAE driver's license and effective communication in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collate information from the ERP system and other sources related to Service Contracts and generate timely reports.
• Alert the workshop manager and higher management about exceptions that may affect profitability.
• Present reports related to service contracts to higher management within specified timelines.
• Prepare and share relevant reports with Principals related to Service Contracts within specified timelines.
• Maintain contact with Service Contract Customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the workshop and sales teams to ensure service contract objectives are met.
• Monitor and analyze service contract profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding service contract management.
