Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic F&B professional to deliver professional and attentive service in our luxury venue. You will prepare restaurant/lounge setups to exacting hotel standards and coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

With at least 2 years in a 5-star hotel, you bring strong guest service and upselling skills, plus adaptability in a multicultural setting. This role supports hospitality operations across the property as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Hotel School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Strong guest service and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Upsell F&B items and promote a positive guest experience.
• Provide support across the hotel when required.

• HACCP and WSET Level 1 or equivalent is an advantage
