Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is looking for creative-minded individuals to join its renowned food & beverage team. As an ambassador of guest service, you will serve and clear food and beverages, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold the brand's high standards in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Fluent English, 2 years F&B in a 5-star hotel preferred; knowledge of MICROS POS, Excel, and upselling. Auditions in Dubai to script your own story and contribute to memorable guest experiences across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience in a 5-star international hotel environment.
• Strong guest service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Upselling, HACCP, and/or WSET Level 1 training is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional and unobtrusive manner.
• Prepare and maintain tables, trays, and service trolleys according to hotel standards.
• Ensure effective coordination between the kitchen and service areas.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally and according to hotel standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure the outlet is ready for service.
• Monitor food, beverage, and service equipment usage and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain inventories and par stocks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the Chefs and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure efficient service.
• Promote a positive guest experience and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Provide support across other hotel outlets and departments when required.
• Ensure all closing duties are completed according to the standard checklist.
