The role requires strong leadership, impeccable English communication, and solid knowledge of OPERA PMS. Hotel operations expertise and a passion for delivering personalized service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Front Stage or Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Hotel School graduate or Front Office Operations certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and OPERA PMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Stage Agents to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Maintain personalized, welcoming guest experiences according to Paramount standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising the Front Stage Agents in ensuring a smooth operation. The Supervisor ensures that the standards of the welcoming experience of the Paramount Hotel are follows and that all guests or visitors receive a personalized and welcoming service.
