Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is seeking a Private Dining Supervisor to lead the Private Dining team, ensuring guest satisfaction through accurate and timely delivery of orders and amenities. You will provide back-up to the Assistant Manager and coordinate daily Private Dining activities, upholding the hotel’s high service standards in a multicultural setting.

The role requires strong communication, coordination, and guest-service focus, with opportunities to upsell and contribute to a premium dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star international hotel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Organized, efficient, and positive with a strong guest-service focus.
• Strong upselling skills; HACCP training is an advantage.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Private Dining activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities under the Order Taker.
• Provide back-up for the Assistant Manager when needed.
• Maintain the highest standard of service established by the hotel.
• Collaborate with wait staff to optimize guest satisfaction in Private Dining events.

Job Purpose:

The Private Dining Supervisor will work with the waiters to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received per the Order Taker. To provide back up for the Assistant Manager, take responsibility for supervising and coordinating the daily Private Dining activities and maintaining the highest standard of service established by the hotel.
