Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Dubai invites a Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA to lead and design advanced warehouse solutions across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a focus on UAE deployment. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Solutions Design leadership and collaborates with Commercial teams to translate customer needs into scalable designs.

You will model scenarios, drive cost-benefit analyses, and steer projects in a complex, international environment, leveraging tools like

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years experience in logistics or end-to-end supply chain.
• Previous exposure to modeling and designing of complex warehousing solutions or domestic transport network, logistics/site operations.
• Previous experience/knowledge in project management within supply chain environment.
• Advanced knowledge in data analysis using Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• A master’s degree in (or with a focus on) Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• English fluency at business level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design high technical/commercial warehouse solutions together with the project team.
• Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions, and present and advise alternative cost-benefit analysis and value models.
• Advise the customer in new and innovative solutions which address the customer's needs and demonstrate clear solution fit.
• Support the development of a commercial framework for your proposed innovative solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives.
