Job summary

Blue Yonder Group, Inc in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design of Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs. You will work with on-site and remote project teams to deliver sophisticated SCM capabilities.

You will mentor junior colleagues, partner with the pre-sales team to assess workloads, and communicate with Project Managers and customer users to ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in the Supply Chain/Retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of planning, demand management, and replenishment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern SCM applications.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and solution design.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams through all project phases.
• Provide leadership to functional teams during implementation.
• Engage in key meetings with Project Managers and customer stakeholders.
• Work with Product Management on future functionality trends.
• Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder.
