Job summary

Danzas AEI Emirates LLC is seeking a Warehouse Planner – Process & Systems in Dubai to manage day-to-day WMS super-user functions in the Distribution Center. You will support WMS users, resolve issues, and ensure cost-effective warehousing operations.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations with WMS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach. This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably with High Jump system background.
• Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong computer skills and experience with various data file formats.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to handle competing priorities.
• High school diploma, preferably in a business or supply-chain related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand WMS functions and their relation to receiving, processing, picking, packing, shipping, and stock counting.
• Configure warehouse and location setup, SKU set-up, and pick-put rules.
• Analyze turnover, size, weight, UOM, and storage utilization strategies.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and liaise with IT support.
• Prepare periodic reports on warehousing activities and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and drive CPIP projects.

Position: Warehouse Planner – Process & Systems

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Warehouse Planner to manage day‑to‑day WMS super‑user functions within the Distribution Center(s). The successful candidate will provide assistance to WMS users, resolve daily issues, and ensure timely, reliable, and cost‑effective warehousing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand all WMS functions and their relationship to operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and stock counting.
• Familiarize with all SOPs, working instructions, and other documents concerning Warehouse Operations.
• Configure warehouse and location setup, create and update strategies for locations and SKUs, new SKU set‑up, and warehouse pick‑put rule management.
• Analyze turnover, size, weight, UOM, and other related factors for items stored and develop strategies and methods for efficient storage utilization.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any problems that arise within the WMS system, acting as the first point of contact and liaising with WMS IT support when necessary.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding warehousing function activities and performances for management.
• Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and systems and suggest changes.
• Work with operational teams to initiate and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Initiate CPIP projects that improve system functionality or process capabilities.
• Audit WMS users regularly to ensure correct use of written processes and procedures; record and report observations to management.
• Observe and monitor employee performance to verify adherence to company standards.
• Measure productivity of all processes managed in the DC and report performance to management periodically.

Qualifications and Experience

• Two (2) or more years of experience in Warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably with High Jump system background.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong computer skills and experience with various data file formats.
• Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑driven, proactive, and highly committed.
• Ability to plan and organize multiple functions with competing priorities.
• High school diploma, preferably in a business or supply‑chain related field.
