Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a seasoned professional to lead solution design and pre-sales support in the Middle East, shaping end-to-end supply chain solutions for warehousing, transport, and customs clearance.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and operations to craft proposals, present to clients, and support successful implementations across a fast-paced, tech-driven logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales technical support, or consulting within the logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or technology sectors; Middle East market experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including warehousing, transportation, international freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce business models and relevant technical solutions.
• Excellent solution design capabilities with the ability to transform complex business problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of communicating effectively with clients at all levels.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language.
• Strong teamwork spirit and stress tolerance, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce industry trends in the Middle East to identify potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand clients' business challenges and requirements, and conduct requirement gathering and analysis.
• Design, develop, and optimize customized end-to-end supply chain solutions based on company products and service capabilities, covering warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
• Draft high-quality solution proposals, presentations, and technical documentation, and deliver effective pitches and demonstrations to clients.
• Act as a solution expert to provide technical support and training for the sales team, helping them better understand and promote the solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and commercial negotiations with clients to ensure smooth implementation and execution of solutions.
• Continuously track the performance of implemented solutions, collect client feedback, and iterate for optimization accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, technology, and operations teams to drive innovation and upgrades for products and services.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by upper management.
