Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Dubai invites a Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA to lead and design advanced warehouse solutions across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a focus on UAE deployment. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Solutions Design leadership and collaborates with Commercial teams to translate customer needs into scalable designs.

You will model scenarios, drive cost-benefit analyses, and steer projects in a complex, international environment, leveraging tools like

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years experience in logistics or end-to-end supply chain.
• Previous exposure to modeling and designing of complex warehousing solutions or domestic transport network, logistics/site operations.
• Previous experience/knowledge in project management within supply chain environment.
• Advanced knowledge in data analysis using Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• A master’s degree in (or with a focus on) Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• English fluency at business level.

In this position you will play a crucial role to lead and strategize complex warehouse design projects across our Europe & MEA countries and clusters.

You will collaborate closely with our commercial team to understand customer requirements and co-develop impactful technical solutions where you can showcase your expertise, drive customer success, and shape the future of warehouse design!* This is an individual contributor role.
