Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead on-site implementation projects in the UAE and Europe. You will design end-to-end solutions, work with client business and IT teams, and mentor junior staff. Strong SCM and analytics skills are required, plus travel across Europe is expected.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product management and pre-sales, with a permanent contract and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail.
• Strong understanding of planning, retail processes, replenishment and optimization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on with major SCM planning solutions (BlueYonder/i2/Manugistics, SAP APO, Kinaxis, etc.).
• Business English fluency both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• EU right to live and work.
• Desirable: additional European language skills (German, French).
• Desirable: Agile knowledge.
• Desirable: Python and SQL elementary skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BlueYonder products with ownership of solution design.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams through all project phases.
• Provide leadership to the functional team during implementation.
• Serve as a functional/industry expert in meetings with PM, customers and users.
• Work with Product Management on future trends and enhancements.
• Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder.
• Coordinate with pre-sales to assess project workload and staffing.
