Job summary

Home Box – Landmark Group, Dubai World Central (DWC) in the UAE, is seeking an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse operations and drive efficiency across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound, and returns processes.

The role requires a 3–4 year background in warehouse operations, preferably in furniture warehouses, plus an engineering degree. MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus but not mandatory. Strong analytics, Excel skills, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• Experience in furniture warehouse operations preferred.
• Engineering graduate with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound & putaway, picking & packing, outbound operations, workshop operations, and returns & replacements.
• Drive warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs and coordinate with retail and delivery teams.
• Ensure strong internal customer and store experience.
• Plan and optimize manpower deployment across warehouse operations.
• Support warehouse technology implementation and digital transformation.
• Develop and execute warehouse supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors on supply chain projects.
• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
