Job summary

Danzas AEI Emirates LLC in Dubai seeks a passionate and energetic Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day WMS super-user functions within the Distribution Center(s). The role supports receiving, picking, packing, and warehousing activities to ensure timely, reliable and cost-efficient operations.

The candidate will resolve WMS issues, liaise with cross-functional teams, and uphold KPI targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Min 7 years experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, warehousing or distribution ops.
• Deep understanding of UAE customs and free zone rules and regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Analytical, process driven and proficient with MS Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops operations workflows within the site to manage receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading and shipping.
• Record stock counts, discrepancies and costs, coordinating with inventory control.
• Liaise with Maintenance, Facility, HR, IT and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure staff are briefed and customer updates provided, aiming for quick resolution of bottlenecks.
• Plan manpower and equipment to meet objectives and optimise warehouse effectiveness.
• Coordinate with customer and freight forwarders on shipment status and KPIs.
• Execute WMS processes as a super user and manage ASN and SO releases in High Jump.
• Prepare periodic warehouse reports and drive improvements in processes and systems.
