Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations & Stakeholder Engagement in Abu Dhabi to optimize warehouse activities and drive cross‑functional collaboration. You will shape strategies, lead teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, vendor management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement, aligning warehouse performance with ADNOC's objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Logistics.
• 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop and produce training programs for warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to safety and operating procedures.
• Examine warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and execute action plans to address issues.
• Deliver best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Advise other departments, such as transportation and logistics, to ensure seamless integration between warehouse operations and other business functions.
• Review compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and execute corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse operations budget, ensuring cost reduction wherever possible.
• Examine warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Advise on relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts as needed.
• Analyse industry trends and developments to implement new technologies and processes as appropriate.
