Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Logistics; Master’s preferred.
• Around 10 years in warehouse operations with 8+ in leadership.
• Professional certifications in warehouse or supply chain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies aligned with ADNOC goals.
• Develop training programs for warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Lead collaboration with transportation and logistics for seamless integration.
• Review compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and advise on corrective actions.
• Develop and manage the warehouse operations budget and cost-reduction strategies.
• Ensure maintenance and compliance of facilities and equipment with safety regs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new technologies.
• Provide inputs for MIS and progress reports.
• Coordinate with SVP and division heads to align objectives.
