Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead training programs for supervisors and staff on safety and procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and action plans.
• Drive best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics to align warehouse operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety controls are in place.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget with cost-reduction focus.
• Assess facilities and equipment for maintenance and safety compliance.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts as needed.
• Monitor industry trends to adopt new technologies and processes.
