Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Logistics. Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures aligning with company goals.
• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure safety and procedures.
• Examine performance metrics to identify improvements and execute corrective action plans.
• Lead inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Advise on cross‑functional integration with transportation and logistics teams.
• Review regulatory and safety compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse operations budget and control costs.
• Assess facilities and equipment for safety and maintenance compliance.
• Engage vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Analyse industry trends to implement new technologies and processes.
