Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations & Stakeholder Engagement to optimize warehouse performance and foster strong stakeholder relationships. You will craft strategies for inventory, order fulfillment, safety, and cost control while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Lead a team, develop training, monitor metrics, and collaborate with transportation and internal partners to align warehouse activities with ADNOC's objectives and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, SCM, Business Administration or Logistics.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse supervisors and staff on safety and SOPs.
• Examine performance metrics and drive action plans to close gaps.
• Improve inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Advise other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities with business functions.
