Develop and implement practical warehouse operating strategies that improve inventory accuracy, service delivery and cost efficiency. The specialist works with warehouse teams, transport and logistics colleagues, vendors and affiliated companies to maintain safe, coordinated operations and ensure that materials move through the supply chain effectively.
Work with the SVP Group Commercial Operations and Execution and other division leaders to align warehouse services with organizational requirements. Engage suppliers, vendors and government representatives to clarify purchasing-related regulations and emerging requirements. Maintain effective relationships with internal operational teams and external service providers.
Supervise assigned activities and support staff development through targeted coaching and training. Implement approved policies, operating standards and internal procedures. Contribute to departmental performance objectives, management information reports and progress updates. Promote process improvements that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate controls.
Apply relevant ADNOC HSE requirements, applicable legislation and sustainability guidance across warehouse activities. Monitor compliance with safe operating procedures, identify corrective actions and support a culture of responsible materials handling.
The role requires a warehouse operations professional who can translate performance data into workable improvements, manage competing operational priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong knowledge of inventory workflows, distribution interfaces, warehouse safety, vendor coordination and cost control is important. Candidates should be comfortable leading teams and implementing changes across established operating processes.
Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Logistics. A master 's degree is preferred. At least 10 years of warehouse operations experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role. Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain or logistics are preferred.
