Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Specialist, Warehouse Operations Excellence to drive efficiency across warehouse processes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. This role partners with transportation and logistics to integrate operations with broader business goals.

The position requires 10 years in warehouse operations, with 8 years in leadership, and certifications in warehouse or logistics management, inside a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications in warehouse management, supply chain management, or logistics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement warehouse operations strategies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop and produce training programs for warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure adherence to safety and operating procedures.
• Examine warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and execute action plans to address issues.
• Deliver best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Lead collaboration with other departments, such as transportation and logistics, to facilitate seamless integration between warehouse operations and other business functions.
• Review compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and advise on corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and manage the warehouse operations budget, producing cost reduction strategies wherever possible.
• Advise on the maintenance and compliance of warehouse facilities and equipment with safety regulations.
• Analyze relationships with key vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and execute new technologies and processes as appropriate.
