Job summary

Yum! Brands in Dubai seeks an experienced Voice Infrastructure Engineer to architect and design the future state of the voice stack and telephony solutions. You will manage vendor relationships and develop roadmaps for Contact Center technologies.

You will work with Operations Engineers to resolve issues, provide weekly updates to management, and document new processes while advancing the voice platform to support global restaurants.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical engineering experience in collaboration platforms.
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Voice administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice or Cisco Webex Contact Center.
• Experience in vendor management and internal customer service.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and methodology.
• Voice Certifications from Microsoft or Cisco preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design the future state of voice infrastructure.
• Manage Voice Service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Develop roadmaps for telephony solutions and Contact Center technologies.
• Research and test new voice technologies.
• Work with Operations Engineers to resolve technical problem areas.
• Provide weekly status reports to management.
• Document new processes and facilitate technical conversations.
