Job summary

Trans Skills is seeking a highly specialized Avaya Engineer in Dubai to lead enterprise-grade telecommunications initiatives and omnichannel contact centers. You will drive customization, API integrations with CRM systems, and Avaya WFM optimization for performance and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in VoIP/telecom, deep Avaya expertise, and proven ability to implement complex IVR and routing solutions across production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related tech field.
• 10+ years of VoIP/telecom experience at L2/L3 level.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Avaya Oceana contact centers and omnichannel routing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Avaya Aura components CM/SM/SMGR/AEP.
• Lead API/CRM integrations using AES and modern APIs for unified desktops.
• Develop and deploy custom routing policies, vectors, VDNs and IVR code.
• Configure and support Avaya WFM, CMS and call-recording platforms (e.g., NICE).
• Configure SIP trunks, SBCs, and media gateways for secure voice traffic.
