K20s Kinetic Technologies Private Limited - India is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah) to design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications and collaboration infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for voice, contact center, and conferencing services.

The role covers CUCM, UCCX, Unity Connection, Webex Calling, CMS, and cloud telephony, with exposure to Cisco UCS, VMware, Azure, and multi-vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of hands-on Cisco Collaboration and Voice network operations.
• Proven experience with CUCM, UCCX, Webex, and Cisco UCS.
• CCNP Collaboration and ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer CUCM, CUC, CER, and Expressway to ensure availability.
• Configure dial plans, route patterns, media resources, and call routing.
• Support UCCX, Finesse, IVR, and contact center performance.
• Lead upgrades and migrations; manage vendor relationships.
• Design and implement Webex Calling, CMS, and Teams integration.
• Monitor systems with RTMT, Wireshark, Syslog and DNA Center.
• Ensure security, change management, and ITIL-aligned processes.
