Justlife is seeking a Brand and Communication Executive in Dubai to own the voice across all customer touchpoints. You will write compelling copy for CRM campaigns, product features, ads, and offline materials, shaping the brand voice as we scale.

You will collaborate with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service, delivering high-quality work at pace while maintaining taste and relevance for the GCC audience.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing copy that moved metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Exceptional written English across email, social, and web.
• Strong editorial judgment; ability to transform AI copy into human, original work.
• Proven multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social, and ads.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands, briefs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Justlife voice across the customer journey and campaigns.
• Write CRM copy: push notifications, messages, and emails that drive opens and clicks.
• Brief design and ship campaigns; collaborate with designers from concept to execution.
• Define brand voice to be consistent, on-tone, and clean on first pass.
• Bring new angles and formats to lift engagement beyond the calendar.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service.
