Job summary

ElevenLabs in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enable the scale of our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with sales and customers to architect solutions, deliver compelling technical demos, and create self-service tools and documentation that accelerate adoption.

You’ll work with Account Executives to tailor technical content, translate complex concepts to various audiences, and help our product teams iterate based on real customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience working with customers to architect integrations and provide tailored support.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition clearly.
• Create technical enablement resources that boost the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to implement them.
