Job summary

VaporVM is seeking a UC Senior Technical Support Engineer in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to join our team. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Avaya Aura and Cisco unified communications, including session border controllers.

The candidate should have strong telecom background and be able to work with clients to resolve complex issues. Must have 5+ years of unified communications and call center experience, with certifications from Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with unified communications and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN.
• Technical certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and ongoing support for Avaya Aura and Cisco UC environments.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical issues and manage change requests.
