Job summary

Yum! Brands is seeking a Network Operations professional to manage 24x7 global network stability, incident response, and escalation. You will lead reviews, drive problem management, and guide WebEx Cloud Contact Center support within a distributed enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes security alignment, runbooks, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration to remediate audit findings and cyber vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-scale or global network environments with 24x7 requirements.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
• Proficient in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, DNS, and load balancing.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and network monitoring tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 operational stability of the global network environment, including incident response and escalation management.
• Monitor global network availability, performance, and capacity to identify operational risks.
• Lead operational reviews, incident postmortems, and problem management activities.
• Provide functional leadership for Voice Operations and WebEx Cloud Contact Center support.
• Establish and maintain global network operations standards, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Align operational execution with enterprise network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity strategy.
• Drive remediation of audit findings, compliance requirements, and cyber vulnerabilities.
• Define requirements for network monitoring, observability, and reporting tools.
• Mentor less experienced team members and facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
